With a background at Saatchi & Saatchi, she brings a strong understanding of creative development and agency-led production, combining strategic thinking with precise execution. Her work spans international campaigns for brands including Bernhard H. Mayer and Tommy Hilfiger, delivering projects that balance creative ambition with production discipline.
As a producer, she works closely with directors and clients to shape ideas from concept through to delivery — ensuring clarity, control and cohesion at every stage of the process.
Lawrence Jacomelli

Lawrence Jacomelli is a producer working across commercials and feature films, with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects internationally.
With a background in commercial production and global co-productions, he brings a strong understanding of how to structure and execute complex shoots across multiple markets. His work combines creative clarity with disciplined production, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently without compromising intent.
He was the lead producer on the feature film Blood Star, applying a lean, controlled production model to deliver the film within tight constraints.
Fikret Manoglu
Producer
Fikret Manoglu is a Los Angeles–based producer working across commercials, branded content and feature films.
A highly experienced and versatile producer, he combines creative development with precise production execution — shaping projects from concept through to delivery with clarity and control. With a background in journalism and political science, and a Master’s degree in Production and Digital Media Design from Harvard, he brings both narrative understanding and practical discipline to every project.
As a creative producer, he works closely with directors to develop ideas from the ground up, aligning concept, structure and execution. His commercial work is visually driven and performance-led, while his feature experience includes producing the thriller Blood Star.
Also a writer and artist, Fikret approaches filmmaking with a strong point of view — building work that is cohesive, efficient and driven by intent.
